Opera Stars Performing at Cultural Center

They will perform on April 28

If you're an opera fan, the Carrollwood Cultural Center has an upcoming event to mark on your calendar.

Kyoung Cho, a lyric soprano, and Won Cho, a baritone, will sing arias from famous operas and musicals, including "The Barber of Seville" and "South Pacific" at 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 28.

Currently, Kyoung Cho is completing her doctorate in music at the University of Memphis as a Hohenberg-Schneidt Opera fellow. Meanwhile, Won Cho is assistant professor of voice and coordinator of the opera program at University of South Florida.

Pre-show tickets are $14 for members, $18 for non-members and $16 for seniors aged 65 and up. Tickets are $2 more on the day of the event. Tickets are available online at carrollwoodcenter.org or by calling 813-269-1310.
