Weekends are great for Bloody Mary’s and mimosas. Patch scoped out five great places to enjoy an adult beverage in the neighborhood.

  1. , 13262 N. Dale Mabry Highway – Seafood often pairs well with a variety of different alcoholic beverages. Bonefish Grill’s expansive drink menu is home to many happy hour favorites , but Bonefish often takes the traditional and adds a special flair. Their latest offering, the Fresh Strawberry Martini, adds fresh hand-muddled strawberries and a chamomile tea infusion.
  2. , 13731 N. Dale Mabry Highway – Vallarta’s specializes in Mexican fare and the drinks are no different.  Beers include Modelo, Corona , Tecate and Carta Blanca. The real party starter, however, are the margaritas. They range in size from 12 oz to 60 oz and also come in pitcher variety. Vallarta’s features a daily happy hour from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  3. , 14303 N. Dale Mabry Highway – Happy hour starts at 4 p.m. and lasts until 7 p.m. daily at Grillsmith. Come in on Wednesday, and drink specials last until 10 p.m. Guests can build their own martini for $5 and signature cocktails start at $5. Wine by the glass and beers are also discounted.
  4. , 11921 N. Dale Mabry Highway – On Friday nights Whiskey North charges a $12 all-you-can-drink cover. Enjoy Latin music and reduced priced appetizers while you shake off a long work week.
  5. , 6254 Gunn Highway – This neighborhood favorite also has an extensive drink menu. Premium cocktails such as the Classic Sauza Gold Margarita or Long Island Iced Tea are $5 daily. Feeling more adventurous? Try out the Blackberry Rum Runner which features flavors of the Caribbean in a glass.
