TAMPA, FL – Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man for second-degree murder and aggravated battery after a body was found on the sidewalk at 14007 N. 15th Street in North Tampa. Deputies responded to the scene just before 10 a.m. Sunday, April 1, when the sheriff's office received a 911 call reporting a man down. When deputies arrived, they found a man dead on the sidewalk.
