Missing Tampa Man Found in Perry

He was last seen Thursday evening.

Update Oct. 9, 8:52 a.m.: The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office announced just before 9 a.m. that Anthony Scaglione had been found in Perry.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Silver Alert for a 74-year-old Tampa man.

Anthony Scaglione was last seen leaving his Lake Magdalene area home around 8:30 p.m. Thursday. Scaglione suffers from dementia, the sheriff’s office wrote in an email to media.

He is described as being about 6 feet tall and weighs an estimated 285 pounds. He has a medium complexion, gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green T-shirt, dark sweatpants and black crocs. He might be traveling in a white 2005 GMC Sierra pickup. The truck has Florida tag No. I19TPV.
