Suspect Sought in Walgreens Robbery

Authorities from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office are on the lookout for a suspect in a Friday robbery at a local Walgreens.

On Jan. 27 at 5:49 p.m., the suspect came into the Walgreens at 13317 North Boulevard and asked for cigarettes, authorities said. As the clerk gave the suspect cigarettes, he flashed a small caliber handgun and demanded that the clerk place money from the register into a bag, authorities said.

The suspect ran out of the store, heading westbound with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect ran into a McDonald's parking lot, where he got into a two-tone black and silver sedan.

The suspect is being described as a white man, 40-50 years old, 5'8" to 5'10" and about 160 to 180 pounds with brownish gray hair, authorities said. He was wearing eyeglasses, a black jacket, black shoes and blue jeans. He is missing three bottom center teeth.

information regarding the identity and whereabouts of this suspect and who
