Thief Makes Off With Versace Sunglasses Valued At $1,200

A deft-fingered thief managed to make off with three pairs of Versace designer sunglasses valued at $1,200 from Dillard's.

TAMPA, FL – A deft-fingered thief managed to make off with three pairs of Versace designer sunglasses valued at $1,200 from the Dillard’s store at Westfield Citrus Park.

The theft occurred around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, at the mall, 8021 Citrus Park Town Center Blvd.

The thief took the sunglasses from a display case and concealed them a shopping bag without anyone spotting the theft. However, he was captured on a surveillance camera.

He is a Hispanic man between 20 to 30 years old, 6 feet 1 inch tall, medium build, dark hair with blonde highlights and a dark beard. He was wearing a white and blue-striped shirt, light-colored skinny jeans and black sneakers. He has a tattoo on his right hand, one on the right side of his neck and multiple tattoos on his left arm.

Anyone who recognizes him is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at (813) 247-8200.
