Trying to Lose Weight? LEC Offering Low Impact Aerobics Class

Trying to slim down for summer?

The Life Enrichment Center is registering for a low impact exercise class that will incorporate balance and flexibility skills.

The class will last an hour on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. The class starts on June 2. Students must pre-register prior to June 1.

The cost for the class is $36, and the class will be held at the Life Enrichment Center, 9704 N. Boulevard.
