Woman Arrested For Threatening Shooting At Egypt Lake Elementary

CARROLLWOOD, FL -- A Carrollwood woman was arrested after posting a photo of herself with a fake gun on Facebook threatening to shoot everyone at the nearest elementary school.

Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies say 26-year-old Juliana Cote posted the photo on Facebook Thursday night, prompting calls to the sheriff's office.

Cote lives on West Lambright Street in Carrollwood near Egypt Lake Elementary School, 6707 N Glen Ave., Tampa.

When deputies interviewed her, she admitted to posting the photo and threat on Facebook. She was charged with a written threat to commit a mass shooting at the Falkenburg Road Jail.
