CLEARWATER, FL — The Clearwater home of the late wrestling icon Hulk Hogan has hit the market for just under $11 million, according to a news release from Coldwell Banker Realty.
Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, died in the home at age 71 in July, Patch previously reported.
His former 5,400-square-foot gulf-front estate at 1040 Eldorado Avenue sits directly on the sugar-white sands of Clearwater Beach, the news release said.

It includes 1,500 square feet of covered outdoor living, heated pool and spa overlooking the shoreline, and an oversize primary suite. This makes the property “ideal for both grand entertaining and serene daily living,” the news release said.
CBR added, “Inside, refined finishes — teak, marble, and natural stone floors, a designer chef’s kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a private elevator — create an atmosphere of effortless luxury. Beyond its craftsmanship, its ideal location offers a rare Gulf-front opportunity in Clearwater Beach.”
The property’s asking price doesn’t include the cottage next door, which isn’t for sale and is in the process of being separated out to a separate tax ID.
