18-Year-Old Arrested After Pulling 'Gun' In Road Rage Incident
Clearwater Police detectives arrested an 18-year-old woman after a road rage incident in which she reportedly pulled a gun.
CLEARWATER, FL -- Clearwater Police detectives arrested an 18-year-old woman on multiple charges late Monday, March 26, after a road rage incident in which she reportedly pulled a realistic-looking Airsoft gun.
Tia Pisani was taken to the Pinellas County Jail after her arrest on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault with a motor vehicle, battery on a person 65 or older, leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage and tampering with physical evidence.
The incident began about 11 a.m. Monday when Pisani became involved in a road rage case on Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard near Belcher Road. The dispute from the roadway spilled over into a nearby parking lot where it turned violent, Clearwater Police say.

Pisani reportedly attacked a 72-year-old woman and her 50-year-old daughter. She also pointed what looked to be a gun at the daughter and pulled the trigger, according to police reports. The weapon turned out to be an unloaded Airsoft gun. Both mother and daughter suffered minor injuries in the altercation before Pisani fled the scene.
Detectives were able to locate through Pisani through her vehicle tag and arrest her later in the day.
