Clearwater Beach Taste Fest

The ninth annual Clearwater Beach Taste Fest will be held Friday, May 4 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the newly renovated Pier 60 Park. This event will feature tastings from more than 30 participating restaurants, wine and craft beer, live entertainment by C'Nergy and fireworks right after the sun sets. There will be raffles, a live auction and vendors as well. Tickets are $35 for adults, $15 for children age 6 to 12 and free for children under 5.

George Clinton and the Parliament Funkadelics

The open-air Coachman Park Concert Series in concert series in Clearwater will celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a performance by R & B icon George Clinton and the Parliament Funkadelics Saturday, May 5 at 7 p.m.

Admission is free. The event will feature live Latin music, Salsa dancing and Cinco de Mayo food and drinks.
