CLEARWATER, FL — Officers helped evacuate neighbors as a fire ravaged through a wooden carport at a Clearwater home on Sunday night, police said in a social media post.
Officers arrived at the scene of the fire in the 700 block of Fairwood Lane just before 10 p.m.
"Thankfully, quick work by Clearwater firefighters kept the blaze from spreading to any residences," police said.
