Bryan Adams, Blues Take Over Coachman Park

Clearwater has a full weekend of events planned at its waterfront park.

CLEARWATER, FL — Tampa Bay area residents looking for something to do this weekend may want to set a course for Clearwater’s Coachman Park and stay there.

The weekend’s festivities kick off on Friday, Feb. 19, when multi-platinum selling musician Bryan Adams takes the stage. Doors at the 301 Drew St. park open for the concert at 5 p.m. with the music set to begin at 7:30 p.m.

Reserved tickets for the show are priced at $20, $60 and $80. Fans can also buy a VIP add-on package for $100 more that includes unlimited drinks, snacks, access to private restrooms and high-top tables. For more information on tickets, visit Coachman Park online sales site.

The Cleveland Street Blues Walk is also set to kick off from 9 p.m. to midnight Friday along Cleveland Street, from Osceola to East Avenue. Attendees will find live blues music, themed drinks and specials at the restaurants and stores along Cleveland. There will also be contests and games.

Saturday kicks off the two-day Sea-Blues Festival at Coachman Park. The free event features such acts as Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, Beth Hart, Nikki Hill and KG and The Girls. Visitors will also find lots of seafood dishes being served up by some of the area’s restaurants. To find out more, visit the Sea-Blues Festival’s website.
