Waves of Harmony Sound Bath Experience at GŪD Essence Clearwater
GŪD Essence is hosting the Waves of Harmony Sound Bath Experience at its Clearwater location on Saturday, Aug. 22, from 7 to 8 p.m. The community is invited to step into a transformative sound bath experience designed to soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and restore balance, guided by Fofi.
Fofi is passionate about using the power of sound and music to help people feel more grounded, connected, and whole. With a unique blend of compassion, knowledge, and creativity, she creates safe, nurturing spaces where individuals can explore healing through sound.
As the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and therapeutic instruments wash over attendees like ocean waves, they’ll be guided into a peaceful state where stress melts away and inner harmony can emerge.
This experience invites attendees to reconnect, release energetic tension, and align the mind, body and spirit. This experience is open to all levels and has no prerequisite experience. Admission includes mats and pillows, but attendees are welcome to bring their own.
