Japanese Watercolor with Free Instruction
Tuesday, March 3, 1-3 p.m.
Explore the art of traditional Japanese watercolor with artist Noriko Kuehn. Noriko will lead you through the calming effect of painting with watercolors. Class instruction is free. $15 (cash) materials fee paid to the instructor. Space is limited.

Laughter For Health
Wednesday, March 4, 1-1:45 p.m.
Explore the therapeutic and restorative values of joy and laughter. Scientific studies show that laughter may have beneficial effects to cardiovascular health and mood. Laughter for Health is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter, which is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. Presented by Kelly Siegel from Empath Health. Free.
Legacy Writing Workshop

American Ancestors.org: Searching the Online Databases
Tuesday, March 10, 2-3 p.m.
Karen Fortin will discuss the American Ancestors website for the New England Historic Genealogical Society. It provides more than one billion records in over 450 databases online. Although much of the collection focuses on New England, records from around the U.S. and even some from other countries are available. Free.
