Clearwater Family Brings Maine Lobster To Florida

Cousins Maine Lobster co-founders Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac have high hopes for its newest franchised location in Clearwater Beach.

CLEARWATER, FL — They may be caught in the cold waters off the coast of Maine, but Maine lobster has its share of fans on Florida's east coast where the waters are rarely chilly.

That's why Cousins Maine Lobster co-founders and real-life cousins Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac have high hopes for its newest franchised location in Clearwater Beach, the only Cousins Maine Lobster on Florida's west coast.

Cousins Maine Lobster gained nationwide fame when investor Barbara Corcoran took a chance on the cousins during the ABC television series "Shark Tank." Cousins Maine Lobster is now one of the most successful shark tank ventures to date with a fleet of 35 food trucks and 10 brick-and-mortar restaurants.
