Clearwater Man Charged With 20 Counts Of Possessing Child Porn

CLEARWATER, FL — Pinellas County Sheriff's detectives have arrested a Clearwater man accused of 20 counts of possessing child pornography.
Jeffrey Ryan O'Kelley, 34, of 127 N. Lincoln Ave., was arrested at about 1:43 p.m. on Thursday in connection with an investigation that began last August.
According to detectives, the original investigation began on Aug. 13 after receiving a tip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children.

Detectives recovered two images depicting child pornography from O'Kelley's online account, resulting in his arrest on March 10.
Detectives say, during the original arrest, they recovered several electronic devices from O'Kelley's apartment. A warrant was obtained to conduct a forensic search of O'Kelley's devices and investigators discovered additional images of child pornography.

Detectives re-arrested O'Kelley, who was out on bond for his March child pornography arrest, and took him to the Pinellas County Jail.
