Clearwater Police Arrest Driver Who Struck Dunedin High Student
Clearwater Police have arrested the driver of a car who struck a teenager on her way to school.

CLEARWATER, FL -- Clearwater Police have arrested the driver of a car who struck a teenager on her way to school Wednesday morning.
The incident happened just before 7 a.m. on April 24 at North Betty Lane and Sedeeva Street. The 17-year-old girl was on her way to board a bus to Dunedin High School when she was struck by a southbound silver Honda Civic. The Civic left the scene.
The teen was treated at the scene by Clearwater Fire & Rescue medics. She was taken to the hospital by family members and treated for lower leg injuries.

That same evening, police located the driver of the car, Domenek Marie Bryant, 18, of Clearwater. She is charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving injury.
