​Clearwater Police Seek Help To Identify Sneaker Thieves

CLEARWATER, FL -- Clearwater Police detectives are asking for the public's help to identify two suspects who stole thousands of dollars' worth of sneakers from a sporting goods store.

The crime occurred early Sunday, Aug. 5, Champs Sports at Westfield Countryside Mall, 27001 U.S. 19 N. The thieves entered the store by knocking out part of the drywall connected to a maintenance hallway at the mall.

These thieves may be connected to similar crimes in Pasco County. Anyone with information on their identity should call Clearwater Police at 727-562-4242.
