Clearwater Police Seek Man Who Stole Perfume From Ulta Beauty

CLEARWATER, FL — Clearwater police are continuing to seek a man who stole $1,000 worth of perfume from Ulta Beauty at 2683 Gulf to Bay Blvd.

A surveillance video show a man in a red hat and red shoes acting suspiciously outside the store and then inside the store.

When an employee asked if he needed help, he replied: "I guess you're going to watch me steal then." He proceeded to load 20 bottles of perfume into a black plastic trash bag.

He got into a gray car. He's about 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing khaki pants, a black hooded sweatshirt, red shoes and a red beanie.
