Clearwater Woman Stabbed; Police Search For Attacker

CLEARWATER, FL — Clearwater Police are searching for the person who stabbed a woman in Clearwater Monday night.

Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue responded to a call about a stabbing at 10:08 p.m. Monday in the 900 block of Vine Avenue.

Sandra Eddy, 31, was found stabbed in the upper body and was flown to St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa as a trauma alert.

The stabbing occurred when she got into an argument with an acquaintance. Police are now searching for her attacker.

Eddy is expected to recover.
