Coast Guard Plane Makes Emergency Landing at PIE
The C130 reportedly had an engine go out before making the landing at St. Pete-Clearwater International.

St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport officials are reporting that a Coast Guard C130 plane was able to safely make an emergency landing Tuesday afternoon.
“He’s already landed without incident,” said airport Deputy Director Yvette Aehle shortly before 2 p.m. “Everything is fine.”
The plane reportedly had an engine go out before its pilot opted to land at the Pinellas airport.

Aehle was able to confirm the safe landing, but could not comment further.
