Countryside Library Closing for Move
Saturday is the last day at the old location.

Clearwater area residents who frequent the Countryside Library won’t be able to do so much longer.
The library is closing its doors to the public after Saturday, Aug. 22, to prepare for its move to new digs at 2642 Sabal Springs Drive. The new location features 22,500 square feet, separate children’s and teen areas, additional computers, group study spaces and more. It is planned to open for business Oct. 17 at 10 a.m.
During the library’s closing, all holds will be sent to the Clearwater Main Library, the city announced in a media release. Other arrangements, however, can be made ahead of time. All currently checked out items may be returned to other locations. Residents may use these branches:

- North Greenwood, 905 N. MLK Jr. Ave.
- Clearwater Beach, 69 Bay Esplanade
