CLEARWATER, FL -- Clearwater Police have arrested a driver who fled the scene Thursday night after hitting a parked SUV at 33 N. Fort Harrison Ave.

The impact of the crash pushed the parked SUV into the Scientology-owned Way to Happiness Foundation building, causing major damage to the storefront.

Clearwater Police were able to track down the hit-and-run driver, who was arrested for fleeing the scene of a crash with property damage.
