A 33-year-old Clearwater woman faces criminal charges after Pinellas County Sheriff’s deputies say she engaged in sexual activity with two teenage boys.
The crime is said to have occurred in January or February at a private home in Clearwater. Deputies say the woman invited two boys, ages 15 and 16, to a party, gave them alcohol and then engaged in sexual activity. The incident was reported to the sheriff’s office in March, kicking off an investigation that ended in an arrest Wednesday.
Kimberly Hendrix of 3288 Terri Way was charged with one count of lewd and lascivious battery and one count of unlawful sex with a minor. She was being held in lieu of $20,000 bond Thursday morning.
