Video: Police Say Delivery Man Shot Video Beneath Woman's Skirt

CLEARWATER, FL — Clearwater Police detectives have charged a Tampa man with video voyeurism after they said he confessed to using his cell phone to shoot video beneath a woman's skirt.

According to detectives, the incident occurred in downtown Clearwater Sept. 16. Romario Duenas Iglesias, 23, was delivering packages Courier Express. The victim told police she felt Iglesias touch the back of her leg several times. When she confronted him, he denied any wrongdoing.

However, video surveillance footage inside the office complex showed Iglesias aiming his phone under the woman's skirt.

When questioned by detectives Friday, Oct. 11, Iglesias admitted that he was trying to send images taken beneath the woman's skirt to a friend through a social media messenger. He said he videotaped the woman two or three times while making a delivery.
