DUI Driver Crashed Into Dentist Office, Restaurant: Clearwater Police

CLEARWATER, FL — A driver accused of driving under the influence crashed her car into two businesses on Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard Sunday morning, the Clearwater Police Department wrote in a Facebook post.

Danya Trejo, 22, of Clearwater, who was charged with a DUI, veered out of control just before 7 a.m., WTSP reported.

She crossed the median and slammed into the businesses in a strip mallon the other side of the road, WFLA said.

She crashed through the front door and windows of Greenberg Dental at 2045 Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard and ended up inside the Skyline Chili restaurant next door, police said.

No one was injured in the crash.
