Early-Morning Crash Send Car Into Clearwater Home: Police
Clearwater police said the crash happened shortly before 5 a.m. Friday at Druid and Keene roads.
CLEARWATER, FL — A two-car crash in Clearwater on Friday morning ended with one of the vehicles inside of a home, according to police.
In a news release posted on social media, Clearwater police said the crash happened shortly before 5 a.m. Friday at Druid and Keene roads. After the initial impact, police said one of the cars crashed into a nearby home.
Seven people were inside the house at the time, WTSP reported.

The drivers of both cars were taken to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police said. No one inside the home was injured, according to authorities.
Traffic in the area was affected for several hours but has since returned to normal, according to WTSP.
