Early-Morning Fire Damages Clearwater Businesss

CLEARWATER, FL — Clearwater Fire & Rescue said a fire that started in a trash can was the cause of a blaze that broke out Friday morning at a Clearwater business.

The fire broke out at 5:48 a.m. at Armortech Windows & Doors, 1872 N. Hercules Ave.

Multiple units were on the scene and a second alarm was called. Damage was limited to a rear corner of the business, and no injuries were reported.
