CLEARWATER, FL — Clearwater voters headed to the polls Tuesday to elect a new mayor and city council members.
With 100 percent of the precincts reporting in, Frank Hibbard is the unofficial new mayor of Clearwater while Mark Bunker and Kathleen Beckman are the unofficial winners of the the council seats.
