A portion of the proceeds from these races will benefit the National Childhood Obesity Foundation to help teach children about the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
Both races will be run on the beautiful and shaded Ream Wilson Trail.
Runners can enjoy breakfast and a post-race party catered by Old Town Cafe, as well as a chance to win Newton running shoes.

Awards will be given for Overall Male/Female, Master Male/Female, Racewalker 55+ and Racewalker 54 and under. Other awards go three deep in standard age groups starting at 9 and younger.
