International super-boat racing comes to Clearwater Beach. Organizers say that in 2010, an estimated 25,000 people on 2,500 boats lined the beaches of the 2.5-mile-long race course.
This year’s event features free admission daily, plus vendors, live entertainment, and food for sale. All proceeds benefit three local marine charities: the Clearwater Community Sailing Center, Sailability, and the Make A Difference Fishing Tournament.
