On Nov. 7, 2011, Chipotle Mexican Grill, the restaurant chain known for serving Food With Integrity, will host a pre-opening fundraisers to celebrate it's newest restaurant in Countryside at 2537 Countryside Blvd. just east of US 19. From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., anyone can pay just five dollars to receive one of Chipotle’s signature menu items (a burrito, salad, tacos or burrito bowl) and a drink. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the event will directly benefit the Countryside High School Band.
The new Chipotle restaurant will officially open its doors for business the following day, Nov. 8 at 11 a.m.
