The Threshers are proud to team up with in Pitch for Pink 2012!
On Friday, July 13, the Threshers will host the Fort Myers Miracle at 6:30 p.m.
We've got lots of great activities planned on Friday, as we look to raise funds to go directly to Morton Plant and their initiatives to stop breast cancer in its tracks.
Just some of these activities include a celebrity softball game (gates open at 4 p.m.), a free Pitch for Pink purse giveaway to the first 1,000 ladies in attendance, a pre-game lap around the bases for breast cancer survivors, and tons of fundraising raffles and auctions with amazing prizes!
The Threshers players will be taking the field in one-of-a-kind pink jerseys which will also be available for purchase in a silent auction during the game. Winning bidders will have a chance to go on-field after the ballgame to meet and take photos with the corresponding player.
After the festivities on the field, stick around afterwards for a tremendous post-game concert brought to you by the Spazmatics! We're gonna be groovin' and movin' to some fantastic 80's music!
