"Clearwater's Quest for Olympic Gold" Fundraiser

A celebration of the Olympic sailing accomplishments by Clearwater’s own Zach and Paige Railey – the event’s guests of honor.

This brother and sister act – the first in Olympic sailing history - will be representing Clearwater, Pinellas County, the State of Florida and the U.S. as members of the U.S. Olympic Sailing Team.  They will compete in the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London.  The sailing portion of the London Games will actually be held in Weymouth and Portland, U.K.

Zach, 27, is the reigning Silver Medalist in his boat class (Finn) in the 2008 Olympics.  Paige is the current World
Champion in her boat class (Laser Radial) and is a former International Sailing Federation’s Yachtswoman of the Year (2006.)
