The Capitol Theatre welcomes Utah singer-songwriter Dia Frampton, who became the runner-up on the first season of NBC’s “The Voice” as a member of Blake Shelton’s Team. Frampton has performed as the lead singer of the band Meg and Dia since 2004, releasing four full-length albums and several EPs.
