The Aging Well Center and Morton Plant Mease present this free afternoon of health screenings, information, refreshments and giveaways. Screenings include vision, body-mass index (BMI), blood pressure, prostate cancer, pulmonary funciton and sleep disorders. Topics covered include breast health, diabetes education, heart health, cancer patient support, orthopedics, sports medicine, weight loss, and stroke awareness.
