"These Joints Are Jumping: Timeless Fitness For The Mind & Body"

Morton Plant Hospital presents this fun class that teaches two- to three-minute exercises students can do at home, with music, in a chair -- at any age.

The focus is on specific areas of the body and the mind to include memory recall, joint flexibility, balance and emotional expressions, the hospital says. "Once you learn how to do this, you will want to take 10 minutes out of each day to get and keep your joints a-jumpin.'"
