CLEARWATER, FL — A former Clearwater firefighter faces charges for exposing himself to a 13-year-old girl, according to a Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office news release.
Fisher Davis, 22, of Palm Harbor was charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition and one count of lewd or lascivious conduct.
He was arrested and charged earlier this month in relation to a March 6 incident in which he exposed himself to an 18-year-old high school girl at a Pinellas Park 7-Eleven.

The latest investigation began after detectives with the PCSO Crimes Against Children Unit learned about “inappropriate conduct” between Davis and the 13-year-old, the sheriff’s office said.
He exposed his genitals to the victim by lifting his shorts while the two were playing what he called “the blanket game,” according to the agency. Davis did this almost every weekend from November of last year through January.

Detectives say that in both incidents, Davis made eye contact with his victims to ensure they knew he was exposing himself to them.
He was booked into Pinellas County Jail.
