Grocery Sales Go to the Dogs
Whole Foods is offering a one-day event designed to benefit SPCA Tampa Bay.

Clearwater area residents with a passion for critters can do some good for the four-legged population during a one-day event at Whole Foods Market Clearwater this Wednesday.
The 27001 U.S. 19 N. store is donating 5 percent of its after-tax profits to SPCA Tampa Bay on April 8. All shoppers need to do to take part is stop by and make purchases during regular store hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The fundraiser is one of Whole Foods Clearwater’s Community Support Days, a media release on the special event stated. These days are designed to enable local Whole Foods stores to give back to the communities they serve.

The SPCA Tampa Bay has provided care and shelter for animals in the community since the 1940s. The organization is located on 10 acres in Largo. For more information, visit the nonprofit online at www.SPCATampaBay.org.
