More Sexual Battery Charges Filed Against Healthcare Worker
A certified nursing assistant is accused of molesting elderly woman who were patients at healthcare facilities where he worked.
CLEARWATER, FL — Clearwater Police detectives have filed three additional sexual battery charges against a certified nursing assistant. That makes a total of seven sexual battery charges, in addition to a violation of probation charge, against Falo Kane, 32, of Clearwater who remains in the Pinellas County Jail as of Wednesday.
Falo was arrested Monday after being accused of sexually battering elderly women who were patients at healthcare facilities where he worked.
According to Clearwater Police, the incidents occurred from 2016 to this year. All the victims were older women who were patients. One of the victims was 80 years old. Another was a disabled stroke patient.

The latest three charges stem from incidents that occurred at Advanced CareCenter, 401 Fairwood Ave., in Clearwater.
Kane confessed to the crimes to a detective on Monday. He is being held in the Pinellas County Jail in lieu of a $320,000 bond.
