Landlord's response to COVID-19 - No compassion

From Embassy Mobile Home Park to all Tenants in the midst of COVID-19

Rent is due on the 1st. It is my feeling that everyone who is still getting regular social security and pension payments should keep their rent current. This COVID-19 pandemic is not a get out of jail free situation...it is very serious and should not be used as a time to "beat the system."

While there is a "no eviction" order in place, I will send out letters and have everything ready when it is lifted.
