Lutz Man Accused Of Exposing Self At Clearwater Beach Arrested

CLEARWATER, FL — Clearwater police officers arrested a Lutz man late Thursday afternoon after they said he exposed himself to a mother and her 3-year-old daughter at the beach.

The incident occurred at Sand Key Park shortly after 5:30 p.m.

Police said Chandler Reece, 26, exposed himself to the victims and followed them as they were walking toward the beach. When the two retreated to their car so the mother could call police, he followed them and continued to expose himself even as she was on the phone with police.

He was charged with lewd or lascivious exhibition, exposure of sexual organs and possession of THC oil.

Reece told officers that he wasn't doing anything wrong; he just needed to pull his pants up.
