Man Arrested For DUI After Rear-Ending Police Car On New Year's

CLEARWATER, FL — A man is facing driving under the influence charges after Clearwater Police said he rear-ended a police cruiser on New Year's Day and then fled the scene.

Fermin Tepetate Martinez was arrested and taken to Pinellas County Jail.
