Man Killed In Dispute Over Parking Space In Clearwater

A man was shot and killed during an argument over a parking space Saturday night.

CLEARWATER, FL — A man was shot and killed during an argument over a parking space Saturday night.

According to Clearwater police, the shooting occurred around 11 p.m. on Grove Street when Deshon Powers, 26, retrieved a gun from his home and reportedly shot Derek Omasta, 31.

Omasta died at Morton Plant Hospital.
