8 1/2 year old Emma was surrendered due to a family illness. She is an affectionate lap kitty who loves to be brushed. Emma has always been the only pet in her home but it appears that she will get along with the other felines in her suite. She would be very happy in a quieter home since she is not used to being with a lot of people and will hide from strangers until she feels safe, but then she will solicit their attention.
