Meet Rosie

"Well, hello! I'm Rosie! I am a one and a half year old Pit Bull Terrier mix. I am a crazy girl searching for a family who has the time to train me to be the best dog I can be! I am full of energy! I will greatly benefit from going to a home that has the time and space for a dog like me. Young children can make me nervous, and especially with my high energy level I must go to a home with children ten years and up and after being properly introduced. I would absolutely LOVE to have a large, energetic canine playmate in my future family. I definitely play rough, but I am friendly and just want to have fun! Let's make sure I meet all the dogs in your family before we go home in order to make sure we are a perfect match. A new schedule and routine will prepare me to pick up excellent house training behaviors quickly in my new home. I am not very familiar with toys or how to play with them. Perhaps you can teach me when we get home? Please sign me up for training classes, I will greatly benefit from training in order to better understand proper boundaries and doggie behaviors. I also have no leash manners, I'm sad to say. But hey! With your patience and care, I'm sure we could work on my manners together! Trips to the park or lying out by the beach would be wonderful with me. I am looking forward to your visit!"
