Meetings Set To Discuss Belleair Waterfall West Land Proposal

BELLEAIR, FL -- The Town of Belleair will host two public meetings at Waterfall West (the northern tip of Hallett Park on Bayview Drive) to discuss the Belleair Country Club’s proposal to lease or purchase this parcel of land.

The meetings will take place on Wednesday, May 22 and June 6 at 6 p.m.

Both of these meetings will occur on-site at Waterfall West. Attendees may legally park on the street along Bayview Drive or along any other roads in the area. Limited handicapped parking will be available. Please do not block driveways.

A presentation will outline the club’s plan for the parcel’s renovation for both golfer and public access. Following the presentation, residents can see the site first-hand, ask questions and speak with commissioners and staff regarding the proposal.

After the public meetings, the Town Commission and the Belleair Country Club may discuss the proposal in more detail at a future commission meeting.
