Mobile Home Park Fire Started By Evicted Resident: Largo Police
A 36-year-old man has been charged with arson and burglary in connection to a fire at the Whispering Pines Mobile Home Park Tuesday.

LARGO, FL — A 36-year-old man has been charged with arson and burglary in connection to a fire at the Whispering Pines Mobile Home Park Tuesday.
Largo police were called to the mobile home park at 2:33 a.m. to assist Largo Fire Rescue with a mobile home fire. While there, the state fire marshal and a Largo police detective determined that the fire may have been purposely started by a recently evicted resident, according to the police report.
The detective found the former tenant, John Balieri, in Pinellas Park, who gave a full confession, according to police. He was charged with arson and burglary.
