Motorcyclist In Critical Condition Following Crash In Clearwater

CLEARWATER, FL — A 41-year-old motorcyclist remains in critical condition following a head-on collision Monday night on Belcher Road.

The motorcyclist was headed north on Belcher Road when he collided with a southbound car making a left turn to go east on Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard at 8:47 p.m., according to a report from Clearwater police.

The motorcyclist was taken to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg as a trauma alert with potential life-threatening injuries, police said.
